High Street South, Dunstable Build to Commence

Capital Developments Group to commence build of the Town Centre Development shortly. 

Planning permission was granted for conversion of existing premises for two retail units, conversion of upper parts into 2 x 1 bed and 2 x 2 bed flats together with new build for 4 x 1 bed and 1 x 2 bed houses.

Completion due Spring 2022.
